Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our consulting projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of client objectives.
Job Requirements
* Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare project proposals and plans, identifying dependencies, roles, responsibilities, scope, and outcomes/deliverables
o Ensure project engagements remain on track, utilizing governance frameworks and mitigating/resolving complex problems that emerge during engagements
o Prepare project materials including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworks
o Undertake client interviewing, collecting and analyzing inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information
o Manage junior team members including Associates, Analysts, and Interns
o Create, develop, and maintain Excel models
o Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement
o Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly
o Recommend approaches to clients, providing guidance and at times physically supporting implementation at the client site
o Collaborate with local client relationship managers/other functional teams to gain insights and support client engagement and execution
