Category Lead – Indirects Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Category Lead to join our Australia Sector Supply Chain team. This role involves managing allocated Indirect spend categories, contributing to key programs, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units.
The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the development and implementation of Category Management strategies, assisting stakeholders in supply chain and procurement activities, and contributing knowledge of supplier markets to improve competitive advantage and service outcomes.
* Supporting the development and execution of category strategies
* Assisting Stakeholders in supply chain and procurement activities
* Contributing knowledge of supplier markets
* Delivering the Australia Sector supply chain roadmap
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
* Solid experience in Procurement, Category Management or Supply Chain
* Demonstrated experience contributing to business or project procurement activities
* Experience with procurement and supply chain models within ERP systems
* Exposure to integration and transformation programs desirable
