Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
* Training and assessing the Certificate II and III in Electrical, post trade competencies and skill sets in the classroom and simulated work environment
* Develop effective working relationships with students and employers whilst mentoring and training
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
* Monitor apprentice training plans and ensure timely progression of our students through their courses
* Delivering engaging, hands-on training and assessment in a supportive environment
What You Will Bring
* Hands-on industry experience in all aspects of electrical work
* Qualified in TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed - inspire and support students throughout their learning
* Strong communication and people-focused skills - able to engage students of all backgrounds
* Adaptability — able to modify training materials to suit different learning styles
* Reasonable level of computer skills
