Due to our ongoing growth across Australia, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to be a fundamental part of our expansion.
About you:
Prepare offer of employment letters, contracts, and follow-up of signed contracts.
Oversee the Orientation Program by providing support to DL Australia Group General Managers to ensure all current employees are welcomed to DL Australia Group and an early understanding of the culture of DL Australia Group is developed.
Placing advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff.
Maintain personnel records and associated human resource information systems.
Provide advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance, and disciplinary matters.
Arrange the induction of staff and provide information on conditions of service, salaries, and promotional opportunities.
Receiving and recording job vacancy information from employers such as details about the job description, wages, and conditions of employment.
**To be successful you will need**:
Relevant Qualifications and at least two years’ work experience in the same or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of international recruitment programs.
Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Well-developed organizational skills including the ability to work across multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously, experience determining work priorities, meeting deadlines, and working autonomously.
Experience in interviewing applicants and determining their job requirements and suitability.
Pay: $85,261.83 per year
