Monadelphous is seeking a Document Controller to join our clients offshore turnaround, commencing in mid
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

* Casual hourly rate + 40% Offshore allowance on all hours worked
* Short term project (execution will run for approximately 65 days)

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing information into the relevant document control systems.
* Organising, recording and storing information and respond to requests for up to date documentation including drawings and specifications, procedures and policies.
* Handling enquiries from internal and external parties related to documentation issues.
* Providing document control system export reporting.
* Working in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures
What you'll bring:
* Previous administrative experience within the resources sector
* Certificate in Business Administration or related field is desirable
* Exceptional attention to detail and a sound understanding and ability to apply document control processes
* Strong computer skills – a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a larger team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proof of right to work in Australia
