We're seeking a Marketing & Advertising Coordinator to manage our digital presence, events, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, taking ownership of everything from social media to our annual charity golf day. The Role
Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our marketing and advertising. From social media to community sponsorships, expos to charity events, this role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
 * Execute the marketing strategy across the business.
 * Manage and maintain social media platforms, website updates, and digital content.
 * Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials.
 * Coordinate expos, community events, and our annual charity golf day.
 * Maintain a portfolio of product photos and promotional materials.
 * Manage sponsorship and donation agreements with community and sporting groups.
 * Monitor advertising activity, track effectiveness, and provide recommendations.
 * Support the sales team with promotional initiatives when required.
Skills & Experience
 * Experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising role.
 * Proficient with social media platforms, website updates, and tools like MailChimp and Canva.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Creative flair with excellent attention to detail.
 * Highly organised with strong time management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and bring ideas to life.
 * Event planning/coordination experience highly regarded.
 * Knowledge of residential or commercial building sales/design is an advantage, but not essential.
