Develop your customer service and hospitality skills with a traineeship through Maxima at the Commonwealth Bank
This diverse traineeship opportunity will see you rotating across the Concierge, Food and Beverage, and Client Services teams, assisting to provide high-quality, tailored customer service.
Over the course of 12-months, you will be working fulltime, gaining industry experience, full training, and paid study towards a **Certificate III in Hospitality. **Upon completion your wide knowledge and skill set will assist to kickstart your career in any industry

**The Role**
This role will see you reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests, and assisting to deliver seamless functions and meetings.
Duties Include:
- Meet and greet customers
- Assist to setup event and meeting rooms
- Ensure all food and beverage stations are topped up
- Work alongside reception staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Assist to distribute catering to guests
- Cleaning duties
**Skills and Knowledge**
This role is best suited to someone who can multitask and build rapport with a variety of people, whilst striving to provide a high-quality standard of work.

- Takes pride in personal presentation
- Previous experience within customer service or hospitality (desirable)
