Pinnacle Recruitment is working with a residential developer to find an Assistant Buyer for their prestigious developments in Northampton and Bedford. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of procurement experience with a residential property developer, knowledge of construction techniques, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials for new build developments, hiring plant equipment, compiling budgeting reports, resolving supplier disputes, and supporting the estimating team with quotations.
