Responsibilities
* Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
* Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
* Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Skills & Experience
* Passionate about making a difference
* A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success
* Coachable
* Previous caregiving experience is an asset
* Must be able to speak and write in English; other languages are an asset
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
* Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes
* Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
