About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based role with weekly on-site visits.
You'll manage multiple projects and take full ownership across planning, delivery, and completion.
Perfect for a mid-level PM with 2–3+ years of experience who has a strong foundation and is ready to step up.
A trade background, particularly carpentry, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee construction programs
Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and project planning
Lead contract administration, cost control, and budget management
Ensure compliance with NCC, WHS, and quality standards
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
Maintain high standards of site performance and discipline
Communicate professionally with clients, trades, and internal teams
Resolve issues efficiently with sound technical judgment
Manage materials, equipment, and overall site logistics
Who Will Thrive Here
2–3+ years' experience as a Project Manager
Strong in planning, programming, reporting, and stakeholder management
Carpentry or broader trade background highly advantageous
Values team collaboration and strong work ethic
Organised, proactive, reliable, and values-driven
Competent with construction software systems
Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent qualifications beneficial
