This role will assist our busy practice and include mentoring by Senior Lawyers and Directors. We have centrally located office space with a sought-after work environment and culture.
Established in 1881, we have a substantial client base including local government, businesses, developers, builders, and individuals. We specialise in a variety of legal matters including Property & Development, Business & Company, Local Government & Planning, Conveyancing, Wills & Estates, and Probate.
The successful candidate will work in a team environment with other legal professionals and assistants under the supervision of our Directors.
The successful applicant will:
Have a minimum of 2 years experience (we will consider law graduates and junior lawyers with practical experience in a legal firm). Be self-motivated and demonstrate a high level of communication and organisational skills. Have a strong client focus. Have the ability to work autonomously in managing files, with the assistance of administrative support. Have a keen interest in business development and client acquisition. Preferably have experience with Commercial Law, and/or Property/Conveyancing, and/or Wills and Estates. Offer a competitive salary package negotiated based on experience.
