About the role
This is a new opportunity for a Product Manager to develop strategic plans for products and innovative development in the respective category of OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) Accessories, covering a large portfolio of SKU’s across the lawncare (lawn mowers, line trimmers), gardening (leaf blowers, chainsaws) and watering (pressure washers, pumps) categories. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and executing product roadmaps across the business, achieving sales targets and grow both market share and profitability through strategic product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
1. Discover and leverage user insights that will improve existing products and expose new product and technology opportunities.
2. Effectively manage product costing and retail pricing for the portfolio and identify ways to improve costs and drive sales & profitability for TTI.
3. Deliver product roadmaps on time, cost, and critical to quality in-line with strategic plans and priorities, as assigned.
4. Support account team & senior product leaders in budget and business planning process.
5. Align & communicate product development updates with global teams and develop product synergies where possible.
6. Support product experience team, marketing, and Service for new product launches.
Requirements
7. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing large / high growth product portfolios, sales experience and technical or industry experience would also be beneficial.
8. Demonstrate strong data and financial literacy and a proven ability to deliver winning strategies from conception to execution.
9. Must be adaptable with ability and willingness to efficiently manage multiple priorities and business demands that continuously shift in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
10. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead development of effective tactics.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills, one-on-one communication, creative writing, technical writing and report writing.
