About NBMLHD:
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, providing a range of public health services to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region. Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high‑quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our Emergency Department Nursing team. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high‑quality care in a critical setting, supporting the function of our services and providing safe patient care within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.
What you will bring to the role
* Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
* Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person‑centred care
* Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
* Ability to work a flexible roster
