Job Description
The Operations Team Leader plays a vital role in coordinating and supervising store operational functions to support profitable sales growth and the delivery of excellent customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop the knowledge and capabilities of the operations team using coaching models and development frameworks.
2. Supervise effective administration processes and systems ensuring compliance with core policies and standard procedures.
3. Support the management team to ensure administrative activities meet compliance and legislative requirements with an emphasis on safety.
4. Manage web orders and customer deliveries efficiently.
5. Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive store experience and resolve customer complaints effectively.
6. Contribute to maintaining high-quality merchandise displays, marketing materials, and in-store presentation.
