We are seeking a Quote Coordinator and a Repair Coordinator (Insurance Services) to join our growing South Australian team. The roles are full‐time (37.5 hours), Monday through Friday, with up to 2 days per week 'work‐from‐home', once trained. Start and finish times are negotiable. CRA will provide the successful applicant with full training, a Microsoft Surface and a work‐from‐home setup. All staff training is paid, and we offer employees a free Employee Assistance Program.

About You

We are searching for dynamic individuals with outstanding people skills and a positive outlook. You will be able to communicate effectively with homeowners, claims managers, trades and other stakeholders, acting with credibility, discretion, empathy, tact, and diplomacy.

You will be a proficient computer user and a quick learner. Confidence with phone‐based communication plus proficiency in navigating web‐based portals are key assets for this role, as we operate in a digital environment. The ideal candidate should enjoy the opportunity to work with diverse technologies, whilst possessing a knack for clear and effective written and verbal communication.

We're looking for proactive, driven individuals with a can‐do attitude, tenacious approach and a natural ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, results‐driven environment. You'll manage your own caseload of insurance repair jobs while working collaboratively with other work groups. Attention to detail is paramount in this role, and we are seeking someone meticulous in their work, ensuring accuracy and precision, and an ability to work to timeframes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Our Quote Coordinators work with our Estimators to arrange timely assessment, quoting and reporting of damage to homes. Our Repair Coordinators work collaboratively with our Building Supervisors to arrange the completion of insurance repair works in residential settings. You'll be office‐based, and the hub of communication between the homeowner, Insurance Company and trades.

• Manage an independent caseload of residential insurance claims in a collaborative, supportive team environment. • Manage incoming claims involving communication with homeowners, specialist tradespeople and Insurance Company representatives through phone calls, emails, SMS and portals. • Effective communication through inbound and outbound phone calls and web‐based portals/software. • Adhere to and continually improve time‐based Key Performance Indicators. • Peer review of insurance claim reports prior to submission to the Insurance Company (Quotes Coordinator). • Collaboration with internal CRA teams, including Estimators and Supervisors, and external stakeholders, such as homeowners and specialist trades, to facilitate claim assessment and creation of final assessment reports.
