Responsibilities
* Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring the team daily.
* Support the Store Manager in coaching staff to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience consistently.
* Cultivate a strong safety mindset and enforce safety, health and wellbeing practices.
* Assist in managing stock accuracy and ensure adherence to stock integrity processes.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards for all product displays.
* Keep knowledge of pet care, products and services up to date.

* Create a fun, supportive in‑store culture that encourages team satisfaction.
* Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
Qualifications
* Experience in a store leadership role or strong desire to progress to retail management.
* Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strong leadership ability to motivate and build high‑performing teams while fostering a positive culture.
* Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities to complete tasks on time.
* Proven commitment to safe Work, Health & Safety practices.
* Established business acumen and strategic thinking.
