About the Role:
We're seeking a friendly and professional Store Sales Assistant/Customer Service / Office Administrator to manage customer service, admin duties, and showroom support. Be the face of our new Geraldton store
Key Responsibilities:
* Keep the showroom neat and presentable
* Delivering outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner in-store, emails and via phone
* Demonstrating product knowledge to help customers find the right solutions for their needs
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, manage POS
* Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
* Prompt and accurate processing of quote requests
* Facilitate, process and maintain trial and hire requests
* Ongoing follow up of outstanding quotes
* Processing of quotes into sales orders
* Build and maintain solid customer relationships
* Liaise with all stakeholders during the sales cycle ensuring our customer is your primary focus and is well informed during the entire supply chain process, by providing timely and relevant communications.
What we are Looking for:
* Strong admin and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM, POS)
* Able to work independently
* Previous experience in a customer service and/or retail sales role, preferably in healthcare.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation
* A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
* Mobility Industry Experience (desirable)
* Ability to multi-task
* Professional, well-presented, and customer focused.
