Connect.Ed is a growing, multidisciplinary organisation providing outreach-based allied health therapy and professional learning across South Australia. We are seeking an organised, proactive Practice Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and support the ongoing development of our multidisciplinary team.

About the role
You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and responsive daily operations while supporting workforce, systems, and service delivery across Connect.Ed.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage day-to-day practice operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence
* Oversee enquiries, scheduling, waitlist management, and client experience
* Collaborate with the Director on business development, partnerships, and strategic projects
* Support invoicing, accounts, and back-end financial systems in collaboration with our finance team
* Contribute to marketing, social media, and communications (as needed)
* Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand Connect.Ed's services
* Work closely with the Director and Therapeutic Services Manager to monitor quality, systems, and compliance
* Strengthen internal processes related to the NDIS, early intervention frameworks, and best-practice models
* Support project delivery across both Early Intervention and Learning & Development teams
* Oversee clinical operations to ensure services are safe, trauma-informed, and evidence-based
* Help embed trauma-informed, culturally-responsive and neuro-affirming practices organisation-wide
* Build and nurture a strong team culture where staff feel valued, connected, and supported

About you
You will be a great fit for this role if you:
* Have experience managing an allied health, education, welfare or community-based practice (or similar)
* Have a sound understanding of the NDIS, ECEC sector, and/or private practice environment
* Are highly organised, detail-oriented and systems-minded
* Are warm, approachable and confident communicating with families, staff and external stakeholders
* Work autonomously, take initiative and problem-solve with confidence
* Are passionate about trauma-informed approaches and relational practice
* Are confident using digital systems and calendars (experience with Splose is an advantage but not essential)
