Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Ensure store operations run smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences.
* Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback.
* Engage and motivate the team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
Qualifications and Success Criteria
* Minimum 3years experience managing a large‐format retail environment, inspiring, coaching and training large teams.
* Passion for exceptional customer service and a proven ability to create memorable moments.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team‐member development.
* Make‐it‐happen mindset with proven ability to develop strong relationships.
* Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best team‐member experience.
* Ability to think big and long‐term and drive change through influencing others.
