Workshop Manager – Adelaide, SA
Cummins, a global leader in power solutions, is looking for a talented Workshop Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. You will work closely with technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise service technicians.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies and complete required documentation.
* Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices.
* Ensure your team achieves its KPIs to deliver results.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
Qualifications
* Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) – required.
* Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
* Experience in a supervisory/management role – preferred.
* Strong communication and organisational skills in a high‐pressure environment.
* Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience – required.

* Work required to be completed 100% in person/on‐site due to the operational nature and specific job duties.
