Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for managing the member experience during the vehicle service process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the member experience during the vehicle service process, coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.
* Greet members and confirm vehicle information, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue.
* Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and offering recommendations for additional works.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
* Provide regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle.
* Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Prepare and complete repair orders.
* Support the collaboration and achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates.
Requirements:
* Outstanding professional customer relationship management, including problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable).
* Sound administrative skills.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships.
