People and Culture Administration Trainee position available for a motivated individual who is eager to develop skills in human resources.

* Client and receptionist services, including handling telephone enquiries, front counter interactions and email management.
* Routine administration tasks, record management and data support to the People & Culture department.
* Stationery purchasing and distribution with stock levels maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively within culturally diverse teams, respecting the social, political and cultural environments of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, communities and organisations.
2. Dedicate time to completing a Certificate IV Human Resources course.
3. Develop a strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
4. Effectively manage multiple priorities and conflicting timelines.
5. Adhere to Work Health and Safety principles and practices, as well as Institute WHS Policies and Procedures.
