**Salary package**:$89,134 - $102,600 per annum plus 17% superannuation
**Terms**: 2x Full time, Continuing and 1x Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)

**The Position**
The Human Resources Adviser works within the People and Culture Division team managing a client portfolio across all operational aspects of the employment life cycle whilst ensuring compliance with the University's Enterprise Agreement, associated policies, procedures and current legislation. The position provides comprehensive HR support across all areas including, case management support to supervisors, working with senior HR leaders on initiatives and the development of best practice and streamlining of processes within the HR function. The position is also responsible for the coordinating reports and analysis for senior staff members within the University.
**The Person**
We are looking for someone with a high-level of knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues, someone who can think big picture and operationalise key initiatives to facilitate a positive campus culture. An understanding of the ins and outs of the higher education sector would be highly desirable but not required. You will have excellent communication and networking skills with the ability and awareness to build and maintain close relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
You will have proven experience as a HR business partner, experience working across the full employment lifecycle, the willingness to look for solutions, and the ability to work with a fair degree of autonomy.
