The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital advertising, with a focus on managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role requires the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies, and the expertise to steer multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to success.You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create and manage campaigns, ensuring they perform at peak levels. You will be responsible for business level KPI’s, making strategic optimisations, and communicating insights and results directly to clients. You will have the chance to take ownership of your accounts and contribute meaningful value, helping to drive the success of both our clients and the business.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceSkills:Client-Focused Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients.Campaign Management: Strong operational understanding of digital channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising.Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address issues with solutions-oriented thinking.Organisation and Time Management: Able to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital account management or operations, ideally within an agency or marketing environment.Strong understanding of digital advertising campaign architecture, metrics and performance optimisation.Capable of autonomously setting up campaigns in at least 3 digital ad platforms eg.
