About the Role
The Music Festival Experience Coordinator role supports the music team by assisting with the curation and execution of our 2025 festival program.
Responsibilities:
- Review and edit artist bios, assets, and metadata for publication across all platforms.
- Track programming decisions and status updates using spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Assist in preparing internal documentation, schedules, and artist communications.
- Monitor new releases and trends across various media channels to identify rising talent.
- Provide general administrative support as required across showcases, panels, and activations.
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in music editorial, radio, events, artist services, or cultural programming.
A deep interest in new music, regular attendance of live music, and a broad knowledge of emerging artists and internet culture.
Strong editorial skills—comfortable editing bios, event descriptions, and metadata.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Confident working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and digital content management systems.
Team player with great communication skills and proactive attitude.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Key Considerations:
Work outside of normal business hours and on weekends.
Spend extended periods of time on your feet at events.
