At Packenham Heights Kindergarten, we create opportunities for children to explore, imagine, play, and uncover the wonders of their world. In our tailored 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten programs, your child will engage in play-based learning, exploration, and endless fun. Our program is designed around the interests of children to allow them to discover, challenge themselves, and take risks.
Kindergarten is an exciting phase for both children and families, and our goal at Pakenham Heights Kindergarten is to ensure everyone leaves with cherished and joyful memories.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor in Early childhood/ACECQA approved equivalent.
* A valid VIT
* Experience working with children with diverse needs
* A minimum of 2 Years experience is essential.
* Ability to develop children's perspectives
* A bright personality and good energy
* A willingness to learn and grow as part of the team.
* To ensure each child's safety and early education and care requirements are met.
* Experience as an Educational Leader and responsible person
What you'll do
* You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
* You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
* You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Sound understanding of health and safety in the early years
* You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
