Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers to maintain high service standards.
* Receive orders, prepare manifests, and assist with load planning.
* Support warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.
* Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse or logistics industry experience is required.
* Provide cover for the Transport Scheduling Manager when needed.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflow.
* Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong computer skills; experience with Transport/Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
* Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
* Year 12 completion is required as the minimum education level.
