You will oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring contractual obligations are met.You will provide technical, administrative, and HSEQS support to supervisors, fostering collaboration with internal and external resources to meet project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure project delivery aligns with program, cost, and time expectations, leading to high client satisfactionIdentify and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategiesResolve design challenges and identify value engineering opportunities using technical skillsAssist with cost control and forecasting for strategic planningLead and develop large project teams on-siteBuild collaborative relationships with supervisors and stakeholdersMaintain quality, environmental, and safety standards across the projectRequired Skills and CompetenciesTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field7+ years of extensive civil engineering experience in a delivery environmentExperience working on major projects on-siteAbility to manage and develop long-term programs, contracts, and large teamsStrong communication skills and relationship-building abilities with subcontractors, authorities, staff, and clientsACCIONA has received Top Employer certification in Australia for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, reflecting our commitment to HR excellence and putting people first.
