Role
We are seeking a highly driven Export Controls Officer who will be an integral part of the growing and evolving Global Trade Controls function for EOS, working within an essential aspect of compliance with Australian export controls and other international licensing. This is a permanent opportunity based in Symonston, Canberra.
About The Role
* Obtain, collate, and record relevant business information, and draft applications for review, for national and international licensing
* Coordinate with key stakeholders for national and international licensing actions for delivery and completion of programs
* Manage in-place licences and permits ensuring compliance with regulations, and provide reports to the Export Controls Manager
* Obtain and collate shipping and customs records from Global Supply Chain, and as is required to meet international licensing requirements
* Coordinate with international EOS Group licensing teams to meet international regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with relevant government agencies to meet regulatory requirements
* Manage relevant licensing registers to ensure program deliverables can be met
* Provide support for licensing process review
* Other relevant duties as assigned by the Export Controls Manager
About You
* Ideally you'll have: Project management support experience
* Excellent computer skills
* Technical and or engineering experience
* Export licensing experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills

You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Baseline/NV1 highly regarded.
