Job Description
EC Care Pty. Ltd. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of programs and projects within the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
The position plays a key role in ensuring effective administration of projects, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and contributing to the organisation’s strategic growth. Benefits Work in a growing, purpose-driven NDIS organisation.

Task & responsibilities Program & Project Administration Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of NDIS and Aged Care programs and projects. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and reporting requirements. Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Business Development & Growth Support Identify and support new service opportunities aligned with community needs. Assist in developing proposals, program plans, and service expansion strategies. Conduct research on market trends and sector developments.
Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with participants, families, healthcare professionals, and community organisations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Represent the organisation at community events and engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting Ensure all program activities comply with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation. Prepare reports on program outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives across services.
Operational Coordination Work collaboratively with internal teams to align service delivery with program goals. Support resource planning and coordination of service delivery activities.
Qualification & experience Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Community Services, Health Services Management, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in program/project administration or coordination. Strong understanding of NDIS and/or Aged Care sector frameworks.
