Our kitchen team is the heartbeat of our culinary experience, and we are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead them in creating unforgettable dining experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and managing qualified Chefs, Cooks, Bakers, and Kitchen Stewards. This includes planning and developing menus that showcase our resort's unique offerings, daily analysis of guest feedback to maintain exceptional standards, and upholding workplace health and safety procedures.
 * Lead, train, and manage a high-performing kitchen team
 * Develop and implement creative menus that exceed guest expectations
 * Monitor and respond to guest feedback to ensure exceptional service standards
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in a similar leadership position and a Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery qualification.
