Job Title: Logistics Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to lead our North Queensland operations. This is a pivotal leadership role where your ability to manage and motivate a team will make all the difference.
The Role: This position involves managing a large warehouse operation that supports multiple retail outlets and charitable deliveries across the community. You will be responsible for overseeing daily inventory, distribution, and workplace safety, as well as leading staff and volunteers in their roles.
* Oversee daily inventory, distribution, workplace safety, and the leadership of staff and volunteers across warehouse operations.
* Ensure a high standard of service delivery to all retail stores and relevant operations within the region.
* Take full ownership of warehousing and logistics outcomes, including financials, inventory and supply chain management, WH&S, risk, and people management.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a strong leader who is highly organised, proactive, personable, and able to motivate and respect volunteers and staff alike. You should have experience managing and leading teams, and be skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for inventory management.
