We're seeking a hands‐on Warehouse Manager who believes culture starts on the floor. You'll take charge of daily operations, embed a genuine safety‐first mindset, and build a team that's accountable, capable, and proud of the standards they deliver.This role is about more than moving stock — it's about leading people, improving performance, eliminating waste, strengthening compliance, and ensuring everyone goes home safe every day. What You'll Own
* Lead daily warehouse operations – receiving, picking, packing, dispatch & inventory control
* Drive on‐time, cost‐effective logistics and transport coordination
* Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full WHS compliance
* Oversee HACCP standards for food packaging materials
* Improve systems, processes, and layout to boost productivitye>i>
* Build, coach, and motivate a high‐performing warehouse team
* Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance
* Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
* Work closely with the National Operations Manager and Site & Logistics Managers at other sites
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics operations
* A visible, hands‐on leader who builds trust and accountability
* Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems (RF Smart / NetSuite highly regarded)
* Solid understanding of WHS and HACCP compliance
* A problem‐solver who thrives in fast‐paced environments
* Forklift licence preferred -and Highly Desirable
