Hours: Standard Australia business hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all clinical intakes via phone and chat platform
- Provide online counselling to service users if required
- Manage all clinical cases referred to the provider network
- Manage all network queries, invoices, and support requirements
- Engage with service users and customer managers, providing all levels of clinical support and care
Minimum Level Of Experience Required (including Any Industry-specific Experience)
- MA Degree in Psychology or Equivalent Qualification
- More than 3 years clinical experience, preferably in the EAP/Mental Health field
- Registration with the appropriate Psychological Boards in Australia (Psychological Board of Australia (PsyBA); Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA))
Minimum Skillset Required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good clinical and client services acumen
- Strong understanding of various psychological and mental health issues
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- Ability to handle complex clinical cases and risk
- Good understanding of the mental health field in Australia / New Zealand
- Positive time management
- Hard working, flexible and driven
- Team player
