Casual Outreach Support Worker
We promote community engagement through various activities like arts & crafts, board games, gardening, quizzes and team games. As an Outreach Support Worker you'll lead and assist outreach activities deliver exceptional service follow individual care plans provide mobility assistance and stay attuned to emotional and physical needs.
To be successful in this role you'll require strong communication skills confidence using systems and technology and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. You should have a genuine passion for supporting people with disability or the frail aged.
Key responsibilities will include preparing and serving meals leading and assisting outreach activities following individual care plans providing mobility assistance and staying attuned to emotional and physical needs. We're looking for a compassionate proactive individual who's passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
