Manage the scheduling of wardrobe production and customer coordination at our site.



Key Responsibilities:



* Create and maintain wardrobe production schedules

* Coordinate delivery runs and liaise directly with customers

* Manage lead-time changes and resolve capacity issues

* Attend production meetings and report on progress

* Support logistics to uphold quality and service standards

Essential qualifications include strong customer service, administration skills, previous experience in scheduling or rostering, organised methodical approach with ability to prioritise under pressure, excellent communication skills including confidence in managing challenging conversations.
