We are excited to welcome you to the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a Social Worker within our Continuum of Care Department.
This position is based across our Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew, and Werribee campuses. This is a casual role designed to provide support to our existing social work team.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Social Worker, you will bring:
A strong understanding of the diverse issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support the discharge of patients with complex social needs
A minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Social Work
Proven experience working as a Social Worker in a hospital environment
In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care sector
