We are currently seeking an experienced, positive and energetic Technical Sales Representative to join our team on the Gold Coast in Molendinar, Queensland.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing technical support to new and existing clients. Work closely with each department to gain and maintain an understanding of our capabilities.
What your day may include
- Developing and sustain productive relationships with existing customers.
- Utilising expert knowledge on ATL Composite products to work with customers to identify their needs, and to provide advice on the correct selection of materials for their specific application.
- Identifying new prospective clients and negotiating sales.
- Maintaining and expanding customer base through cold calling and site visits
- Monitoring compliance with procedures and work instructions outlined within the Quality Management System.
- Working to a sales budget to achieve your sales targets
Our ideal new addition will have
- Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience with well-developed sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience or history with composite materials processing and methods, engineering and manufacturing would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to provide verbal and written material specifications and technical advice.
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
- The commitment to focus on providing relevant and interesting information, and meeting customers expectations, to build and sustain productive customer relationships.
- Effectively working within a multi-discipline team environment, including sales, marketing, R&D; and production.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
