Cleaner in Charge (0.75 FTE) at Donnybrook District High School, Senior Campus (10 Bentley Street), WA.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the Senior Campus.
* Arrange and manage stock, equipment, and hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with Department procedures and Material Safety Data Sheet.
* Supervise cleaning staff, including relief coverage, roster creation, training, and performance oversight.
* Deliver timebook records, organise on‐job training of new and existing cleaners, and collaborate with school staff (e.g., gardener) and Manager Corporate Services.
* Provide operational support to the Manager Corporate Services regarding staff supervision and performance processes.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and team motivational skills.
* Excellent organisational capabilities and record‐keeping.
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new directives.
