Mr Sister Coffee is looking for passionate Head Baristas, Baristas, and Front of House staff to join our growing team across both café locations.
We're all about quality coffee, genuine hospitality, and a workplace where people enjoy coming to work. If you take pride in what you do and love a bit of good banter with your team and regulars, you'll feel right at home.

What we're looking for
* Experienced baristas with strong coffee knowledge and attention to detail
* Head Baristas with proven leadership, consistency, and workflow management skills
* Front of House staff with some café experience
* Friendly, reliable team players who work well under pressure
