Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am–6pm, Friday 9am-5:30pm.

Job Summary

To provide visible leadership and drive improvements in all aspects of the DC warehouse, together with ensuring all customer quality & delivery service levels are achieved. Deliver a culture where excellence in warehouse management and customer care is the norm. Responsible for effective management and development of processes in-line with warehouse excellence standards. Ensure high levels of right-first time picking, packing and loading are continuously achieved, monitored via KPI's and provide fast resolution to any defects or customer concerns raised. Lead PDCA problem solving initiatives to implement new ideas and improvements. Ensure warehouse operational standards and performance targets are consistently achieved. Provide effective communication across the business and drive a culture focused on improving SQDCPE warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation with effective results and priorities.
* Responsible for driving improvements in warehouse picking accuracy, quality and service levels to deliver excellent standards of customer care.
* Responsible for effective and timely response to any customer concerns raised.
* Provide visible leadership in warehouse excellence standards, behaviours and systems of work.
* Ensure a safe working environment with the goal of zero harm to employees.
* Promote a positive warehouse culture with engagement, training and regular audits.
* Responsibility for leading warehouse continuous improvement, PDCA practical problem solving and lean manufacturing activities to achieve warehouse operational excellence.
* Excellent standards of warehouse management, communication, personal discipline, time management, problem solving, continuous improvement and employee engagement.
* Maintain Warehouse KPI's to monitor improvements, promote new ideas, CI & learning.
* Support and ensure full compliance with internal and external warehouse audits.
