About the Role
We're on a mission to reinvent fast-food at our Mexican Kitchen. As a Shift Leader, you'll take charge of leading your team through busy periods, training them for success and elevating guest satisfaction. You'll be responsible for motivating and engaging your team by championing our food safety and quality standards.
Your Qualifications
* Prior experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants is essential
* You must have confidence to lead and energize a team during shifts
* A passion for great food and customer service will drive your success
* A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the restaurant are vital
* Experience in leading or supervising a team within a fast-paced environment is required
* Delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for this role
* Familiarity with food safety procedures and certification is necessary
* Additionally, completion of a Responsible Service of Alcohol course will enhance your skills
