Key responsibilities include overseeing funding, reporting, and performance targets, as well as guiding staff and volunteers in delivering real outcomes for First Nations, CALD, and vulnerable families.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in human services, education, community development, or a related field is essential, along with significant experience in leading community-based programs and managing partnerships across sectors.
