Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership of a well‐maintained portfolio while being supported by a dedicated team?
Our client is a highly regarded and growing real estate agency seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their professional and supportive property management department.
The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 225 properties with the support of a dedicated Junior Property Manager who assists with tenant enquiries and out-of-office appointments. There is also scope for the portfolio to grow as the business continues to expand.

Your Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a residential portfolio of approximately 225 properties
* Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
* Conducting lease renewals and rent reviews
* Managing arrears, maintenance and compliance matters
* Coordinating routine inspections and reporting
* Handling tribunal matters when required
* Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained

About You
* Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
