Senior Housing Contract Manager
The Senior Housing Contract Manager is responsible for managing relationships with community housing providers, ensuring effective communication and reporting, monitoring performance, and delivering reports on contract and project outcomes. This role provides subject matter expertise, guidance, and mentoring to junior members of the Community Housing Partnerships team while undertaking complex projects and program management work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strategic partnerships with community housing providers to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely reporting.
* Monitoring performance and delivering actionable insights on contract and project outcomes.
* Providing expert advice and guidance to junior staff members.
This role contributes to policy development and implementation to achieve improved outcomes within the community housing sector. The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Essential skills and qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in law, community services, or business administration, and experience in relationship management and contract administration.
