Seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee 25 single-storey home building projects in the Lakelands region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential home building projects from initiation through completion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers and contractors
* Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in residential home building, strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
