We are looking for a sales driven Short Term Leasing and Advertising Sales Executive
Based at our Burleigh Heads centre, you will manage and grow pop up and short term leasing income across Forster, Baringa, Birtinya and Burleigh. You will enjoy the variety of being on site at Burleigh, travelling to the Sunshine Coast once a fortnight and visiting Forster. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, finding new business and bringing in opportunities that energise our centres.
What You Will Do
* Prospect, pitch and close new pop up retail, vacant shop, activations and advertising opportunities across your centres.
* Build a strong pipeline of leads and identify operators who bring value, vibrancy and commercial return to each location.
* Own the end to end sales process including concept development, proposals, negotiation, onboarding and campaign execution.
* Work closely with centre teams, leasing, marketing and S Connect to deliver seamless activations.
* Build strong industry relationships and represent Stockland with professionalism and commercial insight.
* Work flexibly including occasional weekend conversations with operators when needed to close opportunities.

Experience and Skills That Count
* Sales experience within retail, shopping centres, activations, events, media or related environments.
* Comfortable with outbound selling, building new business and cold calling when needed.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills across operators, centre teams and internal partners.
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly valued.
* Exposure to medium sized centres or mixed asset portfolios is ideal.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems with confidence.
