Overview

Demand Generation Marketing Specialist Australia and NZ (ANZ) at Oracle. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, ANZ and working alongside the wider Marketing Team. This role involves managing and driving the inbound demand generation process across ANZ to support growth of the NetSuite Global Business Unit through channels such as media vendors, content syndication vendors, online comparison sites, paid social, programmatic advertising and other inbound demand generation activities.

This is a challenging, fast-growing role in an expansion phase, with tight collaboration with sales teams and a focus on scaling demand generation programs for a B2B SaaS environment.


Responsibilities

* Plan and recommend quarterly activities to meet regional KPIs across all category mixes.
* Support JAPAC marketing goals and programs in the region.
* Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to monitor KPI metrics from the lead generation funnel, make recommendations, and improve conversion across campaigns.
* Manage, monitor, assess and recruit external agencies/vendors to improve traffic and lead conversion.
* Optimize landing pages, assets and resources used in campaigns to drive higher conversion.
* Collaborate with marcom/web teams to update landing pages and optimize SEO.
* Tailor and strategize campaigns for different segments, markets, industries and buyer personas.
* Interpret campaign data, track progress against quarterly targets, and ensure campaigns progress effectively.
* Manage schedules and resources for multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget.
* Work closely with direct sales, pre-sales and the BDR team among other stakeholders.
* Develop and manage deal acceleration activities using ABM, PTAL, events/campaigns and newsletters to improve conversion.


Experience & Qualifications

* B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing (agency or in-house).
* Strong track record in digital marketing and high-volume inbound programs.
* Experience in B2B SaaS or technology is highly desirable.
* Experience managing budgets and paid campaigns across multiple tools.
* Ability to manage and interpret campaign data with strong analytical skills.
* Team player capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
* Self-motivated with attention to detail; able to think independently and solve problems.
* Proven experience in demand generation, growth or customer acquisition.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua.
* Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; data-driven decision making.
