In this part-time role (0.6 EFT), based in Richmond, you will be responsible for facilitating workplace learning through clinical teaching, supervision, assessment, and support for all staff. This includes supporting learners within the following programs: Graduate, Postgraduate, Introductory and Specialty programs, to assist learners in meeting the academic and/or clinical objectives required in their programs.
You will be part of the Epworth Education and Learning team and report to the Epworth Richmond Education Manager.
To be successful in this role…
You will drive quality and safety within the hospital through education, training, workshops, seminars, and clinical support to aid staff development to improve patient outcomes.
You will have:
* A minimum of five years' experience specialising in Intensive Care Nursing.
* Previous education / facilitation experience is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work strongly with dynamic and diverse teams.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.
* High level of self-motivation, accountability, and ability to work within agreed parameters.
* Research experience is desirable but not essential
