We’re seeking an experienced Program Test Manager to lead the testing stream of a large-scale Insurance Transformation Program. You’ll be driving quality assurance across complex digital platforms and system integrations in a high-impact, enterprise-wide modernisation initiative.
About the Program Join a multi-year transformation program focused on replacing legacy insurance systems with modern digital and cloud-based platforms. This includes the integration of AI-driven tools to uplift customer experience and streamline operations across policy, claims, and underwriting platforms. The program runs through to 2027 with phased enhancements and rollouts.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Define and lead program-wide test strategy and execution
* Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and non-functional testing across multiple streams
* Collaborate with business, tech teams, and vendors to drive test planning and resolution
* Manage automation initiatives, risk mitigation, and quality reporting
* Lead a team of test analysts and engineers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and insurance-specific regulations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Program Test Manager in large-scale insurance transformations
* Strong background in General Insurance products and processes
* Hands-on expertise in test management tools, automation, and defect tracking
* Experience across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
* Familiarity with policy admin systems, underwriting, and claims platforms
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
* ISTQB or equivalent testing certification (preferred)
